Quinta Vale da Vila belongs to a Dutch family who have thought of every conceivable comfort for a truly memorable stay. It is run by a friendly Dutch ladywho lives nearby and is on hand to provide a personal welcome, as well as information about the property. Guests will enjoy the expansive outdoor spaces, comfortable bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor kitchens, atmospheric night lighting, modern amenities and of course, the superb swimming pool and glorious surroundings.

- Five equally spacious bedrooms equipped with ventilators and their own private bathroom with rain shower, wash basin & toilet.
- The living room is divided into two separate spaces; one a relaxing lounge area with large sofa, open fireplace and satellite television, the other a generous kitchen with large dining table.
- The kitchen is more than amply equipped with a large oven, five pit gas hob, dishwasher, large American fridge / freezer and coffee machine etc.
- The living room provides direct access to the spacious covered veranda with lovely views of the swimming pool and surrounding area.
- The beautiful outdoor kitchen with large stone dining table and outdoor fireplace is located on the same level as the swimming pool.
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The holiday villa is equipped with all mod cons, including wireless Internet, DVD, integrated music system with iPod connector, and a security system. The property additionally benefits from a natural ventilation system, which can be regulated as desired, as well as under floor heating. A children’s cot and highchair are available upon request.
The container
In 2011, a shipping container was placed on the property. It was transformed into a unique guesthouse with a bedroom, a small bathroom, a living room and a terrace. The container can accommodate two people. This can be two adults or two children. There is no airco.
Garden and swimming pool
- A superb swimming pool (4.5 x 11m and 1.7m deep) surrounded by a wooden sun deck with quality sunbeds and plenty of shade. Due to its location in a conservation area and for reasons of personal comfort, the owners chose for a salt based filtering system rather than a chlorine based one. As a result, the water is slightly salty and gentle on skin and eyes. In the evening, built-in LED lighting illuminates the swimming pool in a rainbow of colours and creates a truly magical setting.
