Riva Lofts is one of the best kept secrets of Florence. Just outside of the city center and along the banks of the Arno River, overlooking the green Cascine Park and the Renaissance skyline of Florence. There are a total of ten studios, which all differ in size and unique style. All the studios have a television, CD/DVD player, WIFI internet, air-conditioning, a hairdryer, products for personal care, a minibar and coffee & tea facilities.
- The two Loft Studios (2-4 p) feature incredibly spacious and bright spaces, up to 100 m2, spectacular architecture, kitchenette, views of the park and city center, beautiful views of the river or a large private terrace.
- Three Superior Deluxe Studio (2-4 p) with rooms up to 48 m2, warm and innovative materials, a kitchenette, a seating area and each with specific features such as: the direct view of the garden or the picturesque driveway, the high ceilings and the soft curtains.
- Three Deluxe Studios (2 p) with rooms up to 40 m2, modern design, beautiful materials, kitchenette (1 without), sitting area and direct access from the cozy garden or from the alley.
- Two Standard Studio (2 p) with rooms of 30–35 m², warm materials and light colors creating a cozy atmosphere, a sitting area, a small terrace or private patio, and a kitchenette.
The shared lounge is truly fantastic and created to serve as a central gathering space for the guests of Riva lofts. During the cooler months, you can enjoy the warmth of the open fireplace on the large couch and arm chairs. There is a nice collection of books, papers and magazines and an "honesty" bar, where guests can enjoy a beer or a bottle of wine throughout the day. The garden with its various terraces and the small, but beautifully designed swimming pool, invite guests to lay back and relax in one of the hammocks or on the Balinese sun beds.
