Only 3 km from the lively fishing village of Marzamemi and within walking distance of beautiful beaches in the southeast of Sicily, you will find the six completely independent holiday homes of San Lorenzo.

The attractive modern holiday homes - suitable for 6 - 8 people - were recently built in Mediterranean style with a bright décor, contemporary furniture, and a stylish ambiance. The holiday homes have well-kept and comfortable spaces inside and outside where you can spend unforgettable moments with family or friends in a relaxed environment.

The highlight of this accommodation is its location, only 100 meters away are gorgeous beaches, and in the sun loungers on the terrace of your own (small) swimming pool you can read a good book while the children play in the water.

On the shaded veranda, you can dine al fresco, and the roof terrace (some boast even a hot tub) is the perfect spot to sunbathe in peace and enjoy the breathtaking views of the clear blue sea.

The location of the holiday homes allows you to explore both the coast and the alluring towns in the southern tip of Sicily, including Siracusa and the Baroque towns of Val di Noto. But also, Taormina and Mount Etna Nature Park are good for a day out.

Good, quiet location. Wonderful sea view. Within walking distance of Marzamemi and close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, there was no real living room. The pool was not clean and the jacuzzi motor was not working.

The holiday homes of San Lorenzo have a fantastic location and are surrounded by a landscaped private garden with a small pool, an outdoor shower, and a roof terrace (some even feature a hot tub). The houses are stylish with modern bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and many inviting places to come together.

Besides, they are equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, satellite TVs, an iPod docking station, a safe, mosquito nets (in the bedrooms and living room) and a washing machine. A high chair and cot are available as well.

Extra information:
The consumption of electricity (among others for the air conditioning and heating of the hot tub) is included in the price up to a maximum consumption of 300 kWh per week. Everything you consume more must be paid locally and costs € 0.60 per kWh.
