Sea'Ya Family Surf Houses consists of seven independent houses that are distinguished by their stylish design with natural and organic materials and neutral tones where you will immediately feel at home. The houses have attractive open living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, comfy bedrooms, bathrooms with large walk-in showers, and absolutely everything you need for children, ranging from baby beds, baths, children's (rocking) chairs to car seats, baby monitors, and of course toys. So you don't have to take anything with you! 

Fresh local bread is delivered to your home every morning, which you can enjoy during breakfast or lunch on your sunny private terrace with a dining table, lounge sofa, and an outdoor (hot water) shower where you can rinse off after a day at the beach. The fabulous sandy beach Praia do Guincho is only 2 km away, the ideal place for surfers but also for other water sports and beach activities. Nature lovers can walk in the Serra de Sintra and for a day of culture, Cascais and Lisbon are perfect destinations.

Very friendly owners and the apartment is in a very convenient location if you want to spend your time at the beaches. The apartment inside suffers from mould which you can also smell when entering....

Great location, close to the beach. The hosts were helpful, and although the accommodation had a few issues, they were addressed quickly. I did find the bathrooms not very clean.

The property is very nice, next to the best beach in Cascais, the owners were very friendly and the area is beautiful and quiet. Praia do Guincho, and the restaurant just next door were very nice.

Sea'Ya has seven independent Family Surf Houses: Villa Guincho (6 people), Villa Cresmina (6 people), Villa Abano (3 people), Villa Figueira (4 people), Villa Marinha (4 people), Villa Juso (12 people), and Villa Areia (6 people). The houses all have an attractive open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1-5 bathrooms, 1-5 bedrooms, and a private outdoor terrace with an outdoor shower (hot water), dining table, lounge sofa, and parasol. The houses have air conditioning, WiFi, high-speed internet, and bathrobes, and organic personal care products are available in the bathrooms. Fresh bread can be delivered every day, in addition the owners can arrange additional services and activities upon request.

Sea'Ya is designed for families with children! The owners work with local partners and renowned baby and children's brands and can offer you a wide range of children's essentials free of charge, including a high chair, baby rocking chair, crib for babies up to 9 months, travel cot, stroller, bathtub, baby monitor with color camera, stair bars and bed bars, toys and board games for the whole family.

Surf and Windsurf@Sea’Ya Family Surf Houses

Those who practice sea sports have at their disposal board holders, outdoor hot water showers, pressure hoses for washing materials, eco-neoprene washing detergent, and equipment rental for all ages and requirements. António Monteiro, a surfer for more than 25 years, will oversee advising visitors on the best waves in the region, often reserved only for locals, forecasts, and all the information a surfer needs on the road.

Sustainability@Sea’Ya Family Surf Houses

The owners have a strong bond with the sea and have therefore taken various eco-friendly measures that reduce the impact on the environment. At Sea'Ya, the use of plastic is avoided, ecological detergents from the Portuguese brand EcoX, and organic and recycled personal care products from Damana Organics are used. In addition, they give priority to local and natural products and actively promote local trade, thus contributing to their local community.
