Sogliano Cavour - Buen Retiro is set in a small village, a short distance from the city of Lecce, halfway the Ionian and Adriatic coasts. This unique holiday home in the heel of Italy has been entirely renovated by the successful designer and architects Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba with an appreciation for authenticity and history.
Entering the house, you will remark the abundance of light, the high vaulted ceilings and a simple and refined style. Everything in the house has been thought through... many pieces of furniture have been designed by Roberto and Ludovica themselves in collaboration with major design brands, giving the perfect functionality and atmosphere to the space.
Layout of the house (400 m2)
Ground floor
- The entrance of the house opens onto the inner patio with a sitting area, a covered dining room, and a lounge area.
- Here a few steps down you reach the large living room with two sofas and a dining table for 12 people
- Fully equipped steel kitchen with cooking island and bar
- Toilet
- Master bedroom with large mirror closet and ensuite bathroom with stone bath, toilet, bidet, and sink
First floor
- A staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms, an 'apartment' and the outdoor terrace
- 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom is situated halfway up the stairs
- 1 bedroom with private bathroom in the hallway
- 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- 1 bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom
- Via the terrace, you have access to the 'apartment' with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and an ensuite bathroom
