The villa Tartagli is situated at 420 meters altitude, surrounded by olive trees, and is just outside the pretty village of Paciano. From the house, you have a beautiful view of both the Umbria and Tuscany landscapes, the nearby Lake Trasimeno, and in the distance Cortona and Chiusi. The house has been expertly renovated and the owners rent three apartments: Brunello (6 people) in the upper part of the house and Sagrantino (4 people) and Sangiovese (2 people) in the lower part. Each apartment has its own terrace and part of the beautiful garden. There is a large infinity swimming pool (14 by 5 m) with 2 outdoor showers, a shared terrace with Philippe Starck furniture, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Sangiovese (65m2) is suitable for 2 people:
