The owners of Tenuta dell'Alto have completely renovated this exclusive villa to bring back its original beauty and revive it. Most rooms have vaulted stone ceilings typical of this area in Puglia and concrete floors. The exterior is an example of neoclassical architecture from the beginning of the 19th century, featuring beautiful stones, large proportions, and unique details.

Bedrooms 
The six bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable with extra-large king size beds and seating areas, a private bathroom (2 of which have freestanding bathtubs and double sinks), large windows for a cooling breeze, and beautiful views. All bedrooms have air conditioning, plenty of closet space, safes for valuable items, and unique design features. The mix of modern design and furniture with local colors, decorations, and attractive items make each bedroom unique and personal.

Living areas
The living spaces of the house are a composition of formal and informal areas that provide a fresh and comfortable indoor stay during hot summer days. These elegant yet playful and comfortable rooms are imbued with modern furniture and beautiful art and are visually linked to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of the villa and is connected to the outdoor terrace, the dining room, and the gardens with its splendid views of the valley. It is equipped with all modern comforts to satisfy even the most talented chef. The outdoor terrace can comfortably accommodate 12 people around a rustic table. This is the place where you will probably savor most meals while sipping a Primitivo wine from the basement and enjoying the outdoor fireplace. Exterior & Swimming pool
The 10-hectares grounds and garden around the villa include olive trees, fruit trees, herbs, roses, cacti and Mediterranean flowering plants that fill the summer air with a great scent. The organic vegetable garden is available for use by guests, so you always have fresh produce for your home-made meal. Relax in one of the hammocks or at the large infinity pool (18x5m, 1.40m depth) in the garden, while admiring the marvelous views over the surrounding countryside.
