In the guest house you will find another 5 bedrooms, a cozy living room with fireplace and a modern, open kitchen. Thanks to the authentic features such as the wooden ceilings, antique cupboards and large fireplaces you will enjoy the Italian charm. The owners ask for a security deposit of 2.000 Euros, to be paid to Nice2stay. If you leave the property in a good condition and no damage is found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the property.

Tenuta di Porchiano is located in the heart of Umbria, amidst the green landscape of rolling hills, cypresses and vineyards. At only 15 minutes drive from the medieval town of Todi. Here you will find a beautiful historic center with beautiful squares and old buildings, nice stores, restaurants and cafes. Be sure to visit the church Santa Maria della Consolazione, one of the most important Renaissance buildings in the region.
The location of the vacation home is ideal for visiting the beautiful villages of Umbria such as: Orvieto (32 km), Assisi (67 km), Spoleto (52 km) and Perugia (51 km). Drive through the beautiful countryside and stop at one of the vineyards for a tasting or one of the small villages for an Italian lunch....
You can also drive to Lake Bolsena (45 km), a flooded crater, near the medieval town of Bolsena (45 km). Take a refreshing swim and relax on one of the small beaches. You can also dine at one of the excellent restaurants that have established themselves along the lake. You can also drive to Lake Trasimeno (55 km). Thanks to the warm climate you can swim from May to September (safe for children) but also canoeing, fishing, sailing, windsurfing or even jet skiing are among the possibilities. At the waterfront there are also more than 15 beaches to settle down on and you will find several villages and castles.
The airports of Rome and Ancona are both 2 hours away. The airport of Perugia, where Ryanair offers flights from Brussels-Charleroi airport, is 40 minutes away.
