A terrace for your al-fresco meals, a lounge area for an aperitif, a wonderful swimming pool, a lawn to play, and even your own vegetable garden and barbecue area. If you don't feel like cooking, you can also head to Leeda's Restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Greek dishes.
If you want to explore the surroundings, the lively seaside resorts (and sand beaches of) Laganas and Agios Sostis are close by and the town of Zakynthos is also only 20 minutes away. You can also spot turtles on the beach and take a boat trip to the small Marathonisi island.

Charming villa with a private pool for 6 + 1 p in Zakynthos
The Classic Cottage is located next to the farm of Leeda's Villas. The farm has fruit trees, farm animals, and organic vegetables are grown.
The house is spread over 2 floors and with 3 bedrooms it can accommodate 6 people. An extra bed can be placed for a child so that you can stay with 7 people in total.
Layout The Classic Cottage | 110m2
- Open plan living with a kitchen, a lounge area by the window and a high dining table for four.
- The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, washing machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.
- In the living, a staircase leads to the first floor with a mezzanine floor with a lounge sofa. On this floor is as well the master bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious bathroom with a free-standing bathtub.
- The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden and each a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathrooms all have bathrobes, bath slippers, care products and (beach) towels.
The cottage is equipped with WiFi internet, air conditioning, and a smart television with Netflix.

In the garden, you will find citrus trees and your own organic vegetable garden where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. You will also find here:
- Two terraces (with pergola), one with a nice dining area and the other with lounge chairs.
