A villa for all seasons, The Jave is an idyllic bayside escape.

The retreat is situated very close to the sea in an intimate setting.

• The villa has two living rooms, formal and informal. The main lounge overlooks the valley and has a bespoke circular couch that circles the perimeter with windows.
• The second living room near the kitchen overlooks the sea. It has a flat-screen TV and a couch.
• The large open kitchen has a gigantic island along with an integrated extractor, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, cooker, and dishwasher.
• The island accommodates bar-style seating for three guests.
• There is also a small dining book for six people.
• Of the four bedrooms in the house, three are on the ground floor. They have king-size beds (160x210cm) and direct access to the terrace and pool. They share two bathrooms between them. These bathrooms feature two showers, a relaxing bath, and illuminated mirrors.
• Located on the first floor, the master bedroom is a luxurious space with a king-size bed (160x210cm), a private bathroom with a shower, and sea views.
• It is possible to add two beds to any of the bedrooms for extra guests.

Outside

• No less than five terraces offer multiple spaces to enjoy the scenery and views.
• On the terrace right outside the villa, there is a swimming pool (11 m x 4 m) surrounded by shaded sunbeds.
• The pool can be heated from November until April and will be charged with the deposit afterward. 
• Next to the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen and lounge area for outdoor meals.
• In the garden, a pergola terrace creates a private ambiance amidst the greenery.
• The villa also has a large rooftop terrace for gatherings over dinner and drinks.
• Private parking for 2 cars
