The villa comprises two independent apartments with a total of five bedrooms, two kitchens, multiple terraces, and a heated swimming pool. The interiors are of a high standard, featuring natural materials and unique musical touches.

First floor:

• Living room with dining table for 10, U-shaped sofa, lounge chair, and smart TV
• Direct access to the covered ‘naya’ terrace
• Two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) sharing a bathroom with heated mirrors
• One bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with heated mirrors

Outdoors | 900 m²:
Several terraces surround the villa; there is a lawn and lounge area on the ground floor, a dining area for 4 in the back garden, and a covered terrace with a dining table for 10 on the first floor. There is a rooftop terrace with beautiful sea views equipped with a Kamado BBQ. Next to the pool (8x4 m, 2 m deep) are loungers, a rounded lounge corner, and parasols. Pool heating is via solar panels (on request and against payment). Private parking for 2 cars, a pétanque court, yoga equipment, and a paddleboard are available.
