A spacious three-bedroom flat with breathtaking views of the sea and the valley. The first floor can only be reached by outside stairs (from the car park or from the flats on the ground floor).

• Open and light lounge and adjoining dining room where all guests can gather. The living room has a spacious walled-in corner sofa, lounge chairs, a gas fireplace for heating in the winter, extra large smart TV, Marshall speaker and air conditioning.

• Each flat has its own terrace or balcony with nice lounge areas and a dining table. 
• The largest flat is on the first floor and has a covered (waterproof) terrace with dining table and beautiful views over the typical Spanish, white houses and villas and the sea. There is also a sunny roof terrace.
• On the second and highest floor of the villa you will find the pool deck and the communal lounge area. Here you will find a (waterproof) pergola covered terrace with dining table, walled-in lounge sofa and the luxurious outdoor kitchen.
• The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink and tap, cooking utensils and a large kamado grill.
