The Lisboans is a collection of designer apartments in Lisbon for 2-6 people in the heart of the city. The bright white building is located on a quiet corner of the lively Baixa district, which runs from the castle of São Jorge to the narrow streets of Alfama.
The 15 different apartments, with all the amenities of a boutique hotel, have an exclusive interior, with both vintage and contemporary custom-made design furniture, art, collectibles and handmade tiles based on personal designs. The owners have personally scoured the entire country for it and have collaborated intensely with Portuguese artisans.
All the apartments have a kitchenette, living, bedroom (1 or 2) and bathroom and are spread over three floors. There is an elevator, so no worries about climbing stairs. High windows let the light in spatially, while the upper floors offer views over rooftops and towers towards the sea.
Enjoy additional services such as breakfast with fresh juice, tea and bread, yogurt, muesli and a coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. Have dinner in the gorgeous farm-to- restaurant, Prado, on the ground floor and visit the onsite store where local, mostly organic, products can be purchased. Penthouse | 70 m2 | attic | This very bright and fabulously decorated apartment features a double bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a selection of pillows. Furthermore, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. The comfortable sofa in the living can be turned into a bed for 1-2 people which makes this apartment suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The highlight of the apartment is the panoramic views of the Tagus River, the São Jorge Castle, and the Sé Cathedral. There is a French balcony all-around.

It is very centrally located right across the Lisbon Cathedral, in the heart of Baixa. Reservations are considered valid after receiving a pre-payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The outstanding balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the pre-payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.
The owners of The Lisboans request a deposit of 100 Euros upon arrival, this will be returned to you on departure.

In the heart of Lisbon, at a stone's throw of the most attractive neighborhoods and inviting restaurants sits The Lisboans.
This accommodation boasts 15 apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms classified as Comfort, Superior, Deluxe, and a Penthouse. The different units are spread over three floors and come in various shapes and sizes, each uniquely decorated in a personal style, some e.g. come with a record player. Art and maps adorn the walls while colorful rugs cover the warm wooden floors. The apartments on the lower floors have lofty ceilings and floor-to- ceiling windows with Juliet balconies (there are corner rooms with a double aspect), while the upper floors have a cozy attic feel.
