Surrounded by 1.5 hectares of land and only 30 meters from the sea sits the very romantic holiday home ‘The Old Beach House’, suitable for up to two adults and a child. The traditional stone building was built in 1910 and served for many decades as a trading house for olives, olive oil, and salt. With love and finesse, the house was in 2016 transformed into a contemporary and comfortable accommodation without losing its original charm. Warm, earthy tones and raw, natural materials give character to this unique holiday home ideal for a getaway for two.
Layout The Old Beach House (64m2)
The house has one bedroom with an attractive wooden floor. The room is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and quirky sinks with modern taps and vintage handles. Besides, there is a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a sink. There are two fully equipped kitchens. The kitchen inside has eye-catching SMEG appliances including a refrigerator, oven, and electric cooktop. Also, you will find a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cooking island provides space for eating and forms a natural boundary between the kitchen and the living room. The living has a comfortable seating area (which can be turned into a bed for a child), a butterfly chair, and a TV cabinet. Large sliding doors lead to the covered terrace with a large dining table and stunning views. Here you will also find the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a sink, and a small hob. Next to the terrace is the gorgeous natural pool of 4,5x10m surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck completed with a covered lounge area with comfortable sunbeds.
There is also an outdoor shower, and pool towels are provided. Via a staircase next to the house you reach the roof terrace. With its soft cushions and amazing views, it is the perfect place to enjoy the starry sky after sunset.
