In the north of the Swedish island of Öland, The Stonecutter Farm is set in an idyllic location. This charming cottage has been completely restored with respect for its history, retaining its typical 19th-century atmosphere and original features. It is furnished down to every little detail and with a high coziness factor! The interior spaces are covered with (white) wooden paneling and old tiles and complemented with contemporary furniture, countless elegant vintage finds, modern lamps, and carefully chosen decorations and paintings.

The house has a bright sunroom downstairs with rattan chairs and a spacious modern country kitchen with a dining table, a wood stove, and all cooking comforts. The master bedroom is located close to the kitchen and has an old tiled brick oven! If you stay with more than two people, you also have access to the loft upstairs with an attractive seating area and a double bed. Outside is a heated pool for swimming a few laps, comfortable sunbeds for reading, and a cozy glasshouse to snuggle up when the evening gets a bit chilly.

The Stonecutters Farm is a perfect base to explore the elongated island of Öland. Take your bike to the sea and admire the unique stone coast. By car, you can reach the beach of Böda or Köpingsvik within half an hour, as well as the central village of Borgholm with its quaint stores and majestic castle. In the inland forests, you can cycle, walk, and play golf, while the UNESCO-protected Alvaret nature reserve is dotted with unique flora and fauna to spot.
