Trulli Kalios (120m2) is set in a beautiful location, hidden in the countryside of Puglia. The house is surrounded by a large garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation and offers 100% privacy. The property is spread over three buildings that together can accommodate 8 people. It is ideal for two families or friends who will find their own amenities and bedroom in each of the buildings. The buildings can only be entered from the outside and are not connected from the inside.
The layout is as follows:
Trullo
- You enter the trullo in a spacious hallway that provides access to a small kitchen with a 2-burner gas hob, vintage fridge, sink, and a small lounge corner (in an alcove).
- Behind the kitchen is a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower.
- The trullo has a sofa bed for 2 people (which is located in an alcove) and a separate bedroom with a double bed (170x200cm).
Lamia
- You enter the lamia from the covered terrace.
- The lamia has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a Nespresso machine, kettle, mocha coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, and large sideboard. There is also a separate room with a dining table and television.
- The lamia has a separate bedroom with a double bed (170x200cm) and - separated by a curtain - a single bed (80x200cm) that can be beautifully lit (especially for children).
Dependence
- The dependence is next to the pool and is equipped with a single bed (80x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and sink (there is no shower or bath).
The house is equipped with air conditioning, and the bathrooms have bathrobes and Essentia Puglia care products.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside:
The beautiful garden of no less than 12,000m2 of Trulli Kalios has plenty of spots in and out of the sun to enjoy Italian outdoor life. You will find the following facilities:
