Set amid olive and fruit trees, Trullo Davide is located privately just outside the town of Martina Franca (in Puglia). This authentic trullo was lovingly restored and extended with an attractive annex. Both are tastefully decorated, combining old floors and original arches harmoniously with natural decorations and an eclectic mix of art and furniture.

The accommodation is also equipped with all modern conveniences. There are three bedrooms (for 6 people), a cozy living room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, you will find air conditioning everywhere in the house.

In the wonderful garden - divided over various levels - you can fully enjoy Italian outdoor life. From the covered veranda attached to the house, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and hilltop villages of the Valle d'Itria. It is the ideal place for an al-fresco lunch or a siesta with a good book. In the private pool, you can swim laps or enjoy a refreshing dip in the water. Afterward, you can prepare a delicious pizza in the wood-fired oven in the pool house and gather at the table on long summer evenings.

There is also plenty to see and do in the surroundings. Stroll through the baroque town of Martina Franca, the famous Alberobello or lively Locorotondo. The beach and attractive coastal towns are only a half-hour drive away and sporty guests can cycle on quiet country roads or walk along the vineyards.

Charming vacation home for 6 people with private pool in Puglia

Trullo Davide is a simply furnished original trullo with an attached annex. Set in a beautiful terraced garden with various spots to enjoy the sun and the shade, this is an ideal place to completely unwind.

Trullo Davide | 120m2 | 6 persons 


The house is on one level and has a spacious living room with two sofas and a daybed. In addition, there is a large kitchen with a dining table and all modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine.
There are three bedrooms, two in the new building and one in the old trullo. One bedroom in the new building has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bedroom in the trullo has a small double bed (in a niche). The two well-kept bathrooms, both have a shower, sink, and toilet. Finally, there is a work area with a desk. You will find air conditioning throughout the house.

Outside

The house stands on a piece of land of 1 hectare cultivated with fruit and olive trees.

Attached to the house is a covered terrace (30m2) with a large dining table (for 8 people) and a lounge area with chairs and a sofa.
Steps lead down to the pool area on a lower level. The saltwater pool (40m2) is open from May to October. It has built-in stairs and on the sun terrace are sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
Next to the pool is a pool house with a wood-fired pizza oven. Here you will also find a terrace with built-in lounge sofas, a parasol, and a dining table with chairs. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a jeu-de-boules court.
The accommodation is fully fenced (with an electric gate) and has private parking.

Upon arrival, you will find a welcome package.

The following services are available on request and against payment:

  • Wine tasting with local wine houses
  • Cycling tours
  • Taxi service

Due to the different levels on which the house and the surrounding garden are built, this accommodation is not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.
