Trullo Davide is a simply furnished original trullo with an attached annex. Set in a beautiful terraced garden with various spots to enjoy the sun and the shade, this is an ideal place to completely unwind.

The house is on one level and has a spacious living room with two sofas and a daybed. In addition, there is a large kitchen with a dining table and all modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine.
There are three bedrooms, two in the new building and one in the old trullo. One bedroom in the new building has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bedroom in the trullo has a small double bed (in a niche). The two well-kept bathrooms, both have a shower, sink, and toilet. Finally, there is a work area with a desk. You will find air conditioning throughout the house.
Outside
The house stands on a piece of land of 1 hectare cultivated with fruit and olive trees.
Attached to the house is a covered terrace (30m2) with a large dining table (for 8 people) and a lounge area with chairs and a sofa.
Steps lead down to the pool area on a lower level. The saltwater pool (40m2) is open from May to October. It has built-in stairs and on the sun terrace are sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
Next to the pool is a pool house with a wood-fired pizza oven. Here you will also find a terrace with built-in lounge sofas, a parasol, and a dining table with chairs. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a jeu-de-boules court.
The accommodation is fully fenced (with an electric gate) and has private parking.

Due to the different levels on which the house and the surrounding garden are built, this accommodation is not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.
