This inspiring location is the perfect place to unwind and can accommodate 4 people. The garden offers views of the surrounding countryside and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset by the pool. A secluded courtyard outside the kitchen and the large bedroom is ideal for breakfast. The second courtyard with huge fig tree offers shady places to relax in the afternoon. The house is easily accessible from both Bari (1 hour 15 minutes) or Brindisi airports (45 minutes) by car. The nearest beach is 25 minutes and the nearest town is 10 minutes by car. Please note that the property is located in the hills, so air conditioning is not necessary, but there are fans in both bedrooms. It also has underfloor heating for the cold winter months. The Trullo has an enclosed car park for up to four cars that are at a distance from the main building and are bordered by olive trees.

The Trullo has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, all located on the ground floor.
- the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and are equipped with aircondtioning.
- the master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, fireplace and spacious closets. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath with skylight, a separate shower room, bidet and toilet. Towels are here waiting for you. A door leads to a secluded walled courtyard.
- the second bedroom has a double bed or two separate beds, spacious closet and built-in desk. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a view over the swimming pool and fruit trees.
