The design is casual and effortless, with soft colours and fabrics, limited furniture, and modern-day comforts so guests can feel at home. On the ground floor, you can prepare a delicious meal in the combined kitchen and dining area, and enjoy it by the pool right outside. On the top floor, with the sea laid out before it, is the large living room with comfortable furniture, adorned with vibrant wall art, plush carpets and soft pillows. The cosy bedrooms have attached bathrooms and look towards either the pool or the sea beyond it.

It has an open, fluid layout that spans two floors. The ground floor has the dining room, kitchen and bedrooms with access to the pool outside. On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious living room overlooking the pool and courtyard.
Layout Villa Magazinu (130 m2)
- Entry to the house will lead you into the dining room and kitchen. The wood and cane dining table can seat 6 people.
- An all-white kitchen borders the dining room, where you will find an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, blender, espresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- The ground floor branches out into the three bedrooms with queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Large and comfortable, these spaces are minimally designed.
- The staircase in the dining room leads up the expansive living room that can accommodate large groups. Here, you can enjoy views of the sea.
Outside (300 m2)
- The top floor of the house extends into a large terrace with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas.
- The private saltwater pool (8m x 4m x 1.5m) is easily accessible from multiple rooms on the ground floor. There are sun chairs around the pool.
- A gas barbeque and wood-fired oven is available for use.
