Layout Villa Magazinu (130 m2)
- Entry to the house will lead you into the dining room and kitchen. The wood and cane dining table can seat 6 people.
- An all-white kitchen borders the dining room, where you will find an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, blender, espresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- The ground floor branches out into the three bedrooms with queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Large and comfortable, these spaces are minimally designed.
- The staircase in the dining room leads up the expansive living room that can accommodate large groups. Here, you can enjoy views of the sea.
Outside (300 m2)
- The top floor of the house extends into a large terrace with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas.
- The private saltwater pool (8m x 4m x 1.5m) is easily accessible from multiple rooms on the ground floor. There are sun chairs around the pool.
- A gas barbeque and wood-fired oven is available for use.
