The villa is laid out across three floors which can be accessed either via the external staircase or the internal elevator.

Ground floor:

Fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and high-quality appliances like an espresso machine, kettle and toaster from SMEG, induction stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge, etc.
Dining area with a table for 6 persons.
Spacious lounge area with a sofa, coffee table & TV, as well as large windows that flood the space with natural light
