On the ground floor, you will find an open living while the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top floor. Outside two terraces invite you for a cup of coffee, a good book, or an al-fresco dinner and right in front of the door start various bike routes that lead you through the area. You can park your bike safely in the lockable bike box in the garden! Families with children can opt for adventurous forest walks in the surroundings. If you prefer the city; then this is also the perfect place to be. The bustling cities of Leuven, Brussels, and Mechelen are a short drive away and gourmands will enjoy the culinary offers in the restaurants and beer breweries a few kilometers away.

Velpe55 is an attractive holiday home with contemporary architecture and panoramic views of the countryside. It is set in a very quiet location and walking and cycling routes start directly in front of the house. Comfortably equipped for 6 people, this is an ideal place for a family or two couples who want to enjoy peace, love walking, cycling, or a city visit to one of the beautiful Belgian cities nearby.
The holiday home is energy efficient, optimally insulated and has underfloor heating in all areas. Wifi is available throughout the house. The owners live in the house next door, and are available during your stay but fully respect your privacy.

- An open plan living with on the right a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a cable TV and access to the evening terrace
- On the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils and crockery for 6 people. In the kitchen is a beautiful wooden kitchen table with benches and a door gives direct access to the (day) terrace with a picnic table.
First floor:
- Behind the kitchen, a staircase goes up to the first floor that leads to a corridor with a toilet.
- There is a bedroom at the front (with a view over the meadows). This room has a double bed (180x200 cm), ample storage space and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, sink, and toilet.
- The second bedroom is suitable for 4 people and is located at the rear. This bedroom has a double box spring bed (160x200 cm) and 2 single box spring beds (90x200 cm) that can be converted into 1 bed.
- Finally, there is a separate bathroom with a spacious shower, 2 sinks, and a bathtub.
