VerdeOlivo 1876 is a small-scale, family-run estate of 3,000 m², nestled among the vineyards of Valpolicella, just 20 minutes from Verona. The historic main building – a carefully restored farmhouse dating back to 1876 – houses six stylish apartments, an infinity pool with hillside views, a large communal garden, modern amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The estate is particularly suited for couples, families or groups of friends seeking peace, comfort, and an authentic Italian experience, combined with design, nature, and excellent accessibility.

The apartments range in size from 60 to 300 m² and accommodate between 4 and 8 guests. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with smart TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Timo | 60 m² – 1 bedroom + sofa bed, accommodates 4 guests. Wheelchair accessible with direct access to the garden.

First Floor

• Salvia | 60 m² – 1 bedroom + sofa bed, accommodates 4 guests

• Fienile | 100 m² – 2 bedrooms + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, accommodates 6 guests

Second Floor

• Basilico | 60 m² – 1 bedroom + sofa bed, accommodates 4 guests

• Valpolicella (penthouse) | 300 m² – 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room, accommodates up to 8 guests

Third Floor

• Rosmarino | 60 m² – 1 bedroom + sofa bed, accommodates 4 guests

Outdoor | 1,500 m²

• Large shared garden with sun loungers and seating areas

• Infinity pool (5 x 12 m, 1.4 m deep) with vineyard views. Includes sunbeds, parasols and pool towels. The pool is shared exclusively by VerdeOlivo 1876 guests (not open to the public)
