• the apartment has: air conditioning, a washing machine, a sound system that can be connected to your smartphone, and a smart TV with a Netflix function (but no regular TV channels)
• the apartment is only accessible on foot through the typical streets of the village (by stone steps). This makes the apartment not suitable for people with mobility problems. 
• the village of Brienno has free parking facilities
• at 150 meters you will find a Pizzeria that is open all year round
• at 5 minutes walk you will find a beach with sunbeds
