The owners renovated the old three-story house with respect for the original design and decorated it with great care and attention to detail, the beautiful tiled floors and typical shutters have been preserved. You will enjoy using the private swimming pool, sleek black kitchen and bright living room with patio doors to the terrace. Relax and unwind in the four bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and private ensuite bathrooms. Unique to Villa al Castello is the cozy play & sleep attic, where up to 7 children/teenagers can create their own world using the available books, games and toys.
The closest beach in Rezzonico is located at the bottom of the hill, where you can jump directly into the clear blue lake, paddleboard or just lie in the sun. Back on the large terrace of your vacation home you can enjoy the view over the mountains and the most beautiful lake of the Italian Alps with your family and friends. Lake Como, known for its exclusive allure, is surrounded by the colourful villages with charming boulevards, the tranquil nature and the mild climate due to the impressive mountains that embrace the lake. Rezzonico is situated on the western shore of the lake, a 10-minute's drive from the pretty town Menaggio.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners ask for a security deposit of 1000 euro, to be paid upon arrival by creditcard or in cash. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
The owners ask for a cleaning cost of 400 euro per stay, to be paid in advance to Nice2stay.
