Villa Alta Vista Puglia is a recently renovated villa with an outstanding architecture and exceptional outdoor spaces. The villa is located amidst the pine trees in the Valle d'Itria, just a 20-minute drive from the Adriatic coast. Together with the architects from Vergati Creative Studio, the owner has created a comfortable and unique holiday home for 6 people, completed with an amazing pooldeck and swimming pool with sea view. Be surprised by the beauty of Puglia and enjoy a relaxing holiday at Villa Alta Vista Puglia.

Inside, you will find typical Apulian features such as the brick benches, whitewashed walls and warmly coloured tiled floors. These are complemented by vintage furniture and art pieces collected by the owner. The villa features an open kitchen with a cooking island and a high dining table. Further on, a small staircase leads to the green lounge room with its large sofa; the perfect place to relax and light the gas fire in colder months. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with a luxurious bathroom en suite, fully equipped with a double bathtub (!) and a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom opens onto its own terrace with amazing views over the pine trees and further on the beautiful sea.

Villa Alta Vista is completely private and located on a hill, which means that there is a breeze all year round and it stays nice and cool in summer. The terrace at the entrance is perfect for an evening aperitif and next to the kitchen you will find a dining table that is the ideal place for a breakfast in the shade of the tall trees. A wide staircase leads to the impressive roof terrace (250 m²) with the heated pool. The pool is located on the roof of the villa, allowing you to enjoy priceless views and beautiful sunsets! In addition, there is a long covered dining table and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (with dishwasher, electric cooker and full crockery) with a Weber barbecue.

Thanks to the central location, there is also a lot to see in the vicinity: the beautiful sandy beaches on the Adriatic or Ionian coast, the white town of Ostuni, and other typical Apulian towns such as Martina Franca and Locorotondo.

1 bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, equipped with a double (!) bath, large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Open kitchen with a high dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooker.
To the left of the living room you will find a small staircase leading down to the large lounge with a comfortable sofa, an apple TV and a gas fire.
From this lounge, a corridor leads to the second bedroom with two single beds, which can be made up as a double bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom, equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.
Further on you will find a laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Finally, at the end of the corridor you will find the third bedroom, with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.

Outside:
Villa Alta Vista Puglia is beautifully located on a hill and surrounded by a landscape of pine trees. There are four different terraces around the villa, with the ultimate highlight being the terrace with the swimming pool on the roof of the villa.

There is parking space for 6 cars about 50 metres from the villa. There is a driveway directly in front of the villa where you can load and unload your belongings, but the owners ask you to park on the designated parking area.
At the entrance you will find a spacious terrace with a lounge set.
Further on, you will find the terrace next to the kitchen with a dining table and views over the pine trees and an original trullo that stands on the estate.
Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area.
Through the staircase next to the entrance of the villa you can reach the huge roof terrace (250 m²) with the heated saltwater pool (13 x 3.5 meters).
The terrace also has a shady pergola of 40 m² with 8 walled-in benches with mattresses (90 x180m).
There is also a large dining table (for up to 15 people), a fully equipped kitchen and a Weber BBQ. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, bamboo crockery and even 2 electric hotplates.
With a second staircase you reach a pool house, fully equipped with a bathroom with shower, dressing room and toilet.
