• Finally, at the end of the corridor you will find the third bedroom, with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.

Outside: 
Villa Alta Vista Puglia is beautifully located on a hill and surrounded by a landscape of pine trees. There are four different terraces around the villa, with the ultimate highlight being the terrace with the swimming pool on the roof of the villa. 

• There is parking space for 6 cars about 50 metres from the villa. There is a driveway directly in front of the villa where you can load and unload your belongings, but the owners ask you to park on the designated parking area. 
• At the entrance you will find a spacious terrace with a lounge set. 
• Further on, you will find the terrace next to the kitchen with a dining table and views over the pine trees and an original trullo that stands on the estate.
• Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. 
• Through the staircase next to the entrance of the villa you can reach the huge roof terrace (250 m²) with the heated saltwater pool (13 x 3.5 meters). 
• The terrace also has a shady pergola of 40 m² with 8 walled-in benches with mattresses (90 x180m).
