- The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a freestanding refrigerator with freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.
- In the dining area is a beautiful wooden table with butterfly chairs and two designer lamps.
- The lounge area is separated from the dining area by beautiful wooden beams. In this part are 2 comfortable sofas, side tables, a fireplace, and LED TV with satellite channels.
- The large panoramic windows offer beautiful views and give access to the outdoors.
- The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor that you reach with a (natural stone) staircase.
- The master bedroom (35 m²) offers sea view and has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi and beautiful graphic design tiles.
- The second bedroom (25 m²) with sea view has its own bathroom with a shower.
