Villa Athina is settled outside the village of Akrotiri, above the town of Zante on the Greek island of Zakynthos. It is surrounded by greenery and offers sweeping views of the blue Ionian Sea.

The villa is characterized by a minimal design with metal and wood and an understated luxury style. Inside you will find a soothing and warm mix of shades of gray that together with high-quality materials and design objects create an ambiance of relaxation and opulence.

The villa - for 8 people - has everything you need for an exclusive stay. An inviting swimming pool, 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms filled with shampoo and bath products, and light open living spaces to relax after a day of sightseeing on the island. However, the highlight is the panoramic windows that overlook the endless blue of the sea!

During your stay, your host Niko is fully available to help you. He can make recommendations for excursions and make dinner reservations in excellent restaurants. Besides, upon arrival, you will be welcomed with delicacies in the fridge and the house will be cleaned for you every day! What a luxury!

If you like to head out, the island offers a variety of experiences. You can reach the bustling city of Zante in only 5 minutes, nearby mountain villages let you experience authentic island life, and you will find the most beautiful beaches of the island in less than half an hour drive.

Attractive inside and out, in a gorgeous location at a short distance from the beach

Villa Athina is spread over two floors and offers luxurious indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy a carefree holiday with family and friends in style.

Layout Villa Athina | 230m2  | 8 people

  • On the ground floor, you will find a chic open living space with a lounge and dining area as well as an open L-kitchen.
  • The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a freestanding refrigerator with freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.
  • In the dining area is a beautiful wooden table with butterfly chairs and two designer lamps.
  • The lounge area is separated from the dining area by beautiful wooden beams. In this part are 2 comfortable sofas, side tables, a fireplace, and LED TV with satellite channels.
  • The large panoramic windows offer beautiful views and give access to the outdoors.
  • The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor that you reach with a (natural stone) staircase.
  • The master bedroom (35 m²) offers sea view and has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi and beautiful graphic design tiles.
  • The second bedroom (25 m²) with sea view has its own bathroom with a shower.
  • The third bedroom (20 m²) has a private terrace of no less than 30 m² with lounge chairs and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
  • The garden-oriented fourth bedroom (20 m²) also has a private bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with Coco-Mat beds, air conditioning, and LED TVs. The villa has WiFi internet, a washing machine, and a dryer. A baby bed and a high chair are available for children.

Outside:

  • On the sun terrace of the 40 m2 large swimming pool, you will find luxury lounge cushions, a double lounge bed, and an outdoor shower.
  • On the shaded terrace is a spacious dining table for your al-fresco dinners.
  • Next to the swimming pool is a lawn with an old olive tree.
  • The villa has a barbecue.
  • There is parking space for a maximum of three cars (one covered, two outside).
