Villa Bagnolo is a completely renovated holiday home (240m2) that is quietly set in a beautiful garden with its own swimming pool. The house can accommodate eight guests and is spread over three floors. The layout is as follows:
Ground floor
On the ground floor are a large living and a fully equipped kitchen with a freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, toaster, and an Italian coffee machine. In the kitchen, there is a long dining table for 8 people. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. Finally, there is a double bedroom (30 m²) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
First floor
You will find a second living room with a fireplace, a round table with 4 chairs, and two designer armchairs on this floor. Also, there is a large (master) bedroom (31m2) equipped with a double bed, television, and adjacent a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, there is another single bedroom.
Second floor
On the top floor, you will find a small kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven plus a large living room with a round table with 4 chairs, a couple of armchairs, and an extra bed (where one person can sleep). On this floor, you will find the fourth bedroom (32m2) with a double bed and a television. In this bedroom stands a modern freestanding bathtub and a sink. Next to the room is a separate toilet.
Outside
The holiday home is situated in a beautiful (fully fenced) garden with a large lawn, a swimming pool (14 x 5,5 meters), an outdoor shower, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The pool is open from June to September (included). Furthermore, you will find several tables and chairs that, if desired, can be connected for an al-fresco lunch or dinner altogether.
Additional Information
The first and second floors are equipped with air conditioning.
Thanks to the open plan and minimalist layout, living and sleeping spaces flow seamlessly into each other, creating a spacious feeling and plenty of light.
The holiday home is adjacent to another house; however, the gardens of the houses are separated by a fence. The pool area is completely fenced off and guarantees maximum privacy.
