Here you completely forget that you are in the middle of the town. The tailor-made Italian design furniture, sleek design, and warm colors bring style and intimacy to this gorgeous hideaway.
The house is equipped with every luxury and modern comfort, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The spacious living and dining room are the heart of the villa, and are situated next to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a private bathroom. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor. On the second floor, there is another bathroom. The villa has an inviting shaded terrace and two balconies, all with great views. A staircase gives access to the lower floor of the house where you find a private sauna. Next to the sauna is another double bedroom with bathroom. Here is as well the unique wine cellar and the garage with three private parking spaces.
Although very centrally located, you feel yourself here far away from the crowds and will stay in complete privacy. The surrounding undulating landscape is dominated by picturesque wine villages and impressive castles that are worth a visit, as are the charming towns of Bolzano (15km) and Merano (30km). For water fun, head to the Kaltner Lake, just a 10-minute walk away. Guests coming in winter have access to the most spectacular ski resorts that can be reached within an hour. - The heart of the fully renovated villa is the spacious and modernly furnished dining and living room with a colorful sofa and large dining table with ten designer chairs.
- The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island/bar and opens onto the fabulous terrace with vineyards where in the evening the whole family can dine with picturesque views of the village.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and has as well coffee/tea facilities.
- On this floor, you will also find a double bedroom, a private bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet.
Second floor:
- Two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom
- A separate bathroom
- Living with a sofa that can also function as an extra bedroom
- A sunny south-facing balcony and a fresh balcony to the north invite you to enjoy the clean air outside.
