Villa Baronessa is located right in the historic center of the picturesque wine village of Kaltern in South Tyrol. First floor:

• The heart of the fully renovated villa is the spacious and modernly furnished dining and living room with a colorful sofa and large dining table with ten designer chairs.
• The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island/bar and opens onto the fabulous terrace with vineyards where in the evening the whole family can dine with picturesque views of the village.
• The kitchen is equipped with an oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and has as well coffee/tea facilities.
• On this floor, you will also find a double bedroom, a private bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet.

Second floor:

• Two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom
• A separate bathroom
• Living with a sofa that can also function as an extra bedroom
• A sunny south-facing balcony and a fresh balcony to the north invite you to enjoy the clean air outside.

Ground floor:

• Entrance with cloakroom 
• Double bedroom, private bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor seating area.

Lower floor (on the same level as the garage):

• You can relax here in the private sauna, which can be used as a Finnish and Bio- sauna.
• The most special room on this floor is the exclusive wine cellar where you can enjoy a variety of local red and white wines and where the owners also offer wine tastings.

Outside:

• The magnificent garden is large and equipped with Mediterranean plants like olive trees and cypresses and an herb garden. Pick some herbs and use them for your homemade meals that in summer you can prepare on the outdoor BBQ. The fresh ingredients for your culinary creations you can buy at the local market nearby.
• The showpiece outside is the environmentally friendly salt electrolysis pool; known for its soft natural water. The whole family can spend wonderful hours here as well as on the sun loungers in the garden.
