- Living room with sitting area, dining table and open kitchen. The kitchen has a bar where you can sit and is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, coffee maker, kettle toaster, oven and dishwasher.
- 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have an open view of Lake Como.
- 2 ensuite bathrooms with washbasin, toilet and shower.
- Private garden with dining table for 4. In the garden, you will find beautiful plants and an old olive tree.

Residence Marta
