On the upper floor are two en suite bedrooms, an attractive open-plan kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with tall glass windows that provide access to the outdoor terraces and allow you to enjoy beautiful views. On the souterrain, you will find a bright space with an ensuite bedroom, separate kitchen, and living room, ideal for accompanying grandparents or couples who appreciate a little privacy.
The highlight of the villa is the heated saltwater pool, sheltered with lovely sun beds, and a level lower, the jacuzzi beckons to admire the sunset over the ocean. It features an independent downstairs area with a living room/kitchen and an ensuite bedroom, making this villa ideal for families with accompanying grandparents or a group of friends who appreciate having their privacy.

- Two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200cm) and a private bathroom
- An attractive open kitchen, a dining room with a wooden dining table, a living room with a landscape fireplace, and a spacious lounge area with a comfortable sofa and chaise longue. From the living room, you have access to the terrace that goes to the swimming pool.
- The kitchen is furnished to a high standard and equipped with a cooking island/breakfast bar, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker.
- All bathrooms are equipped with a drencher shower head, hand shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail
