Villa Blanca is a large, light villa in Andalucía with 450 m2 of indoor living space and 500m2 of outdoor space.
The lay-out of Villa Blanca
Inside (three levels):
- In the upper level of this holiday home, you will find the master bedroom with a fantastic panoramic view over the blue Mediterranean Sea. The room is split up into two levels with a double bed on the upper level and a comfortable couch set in front of the large window downstairs. This bedroom has a bathroom, which has a shower and a toilet, a television set and a large wardrobe. A lovely room, which offers you complete privacy.
- The two smaller bedrooms have access to the garden and are tastefully furnished with nice, playful details. Both rooms have a modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet, air-conditioning and a separate ventilator. All the bedrooms have a private terrace and ocean views.
- A central hall connects the different rooms and also offers access to the kitchen. The kitchen is located inside the central, sunlit part of the house and is equipped with all the modern amenities and necessities for preparing your own meals. There are two dining tables, one inside the house and another one on the covered terrace.
- The scenic living area is located one level below the kitchen. This area is the heart of the house; the ceiling goes all the way up to the ceiling of the second level, which lends a spacious, roomy effect. The living room transcends onto the wooden outdoor terrace, where you can sunbathe on the loungers or read a book on the comfortable couch, which is located in a shady area. During the chillier months, you can sit by the flames of the open fireplace and enjoy the warm atmosphere.
- A smaller living room doubles as a cozy library or study. The day bed in this room could be used as a bed for a seventh guest.
Outside:
- The swimming pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters, is located in the garden and lies adjacent to a large wooden terrace, where loungers invite you to lay down and relax. The pool is lit during the evening, which causes a distinctly romantic effect.
