Villa Bonita is a modern beach getaway, located in a quiet residential area just 2 km from the sea and a few minutes' drive from the historic city of Siracusa on the island of Sicily. The residence is newly built and consists of two independent houses that surround the central point of the accommodation: a fantastic saltwater pool with hydro-massage!
The houses have a modern and light interior with contemporary furniture and sleek gray tiled floors. Light wooden accessories and some original decorations form, together with the fresh color accents, a warm and stylish whole. Each house has an attractive open-plan living room with a lounge and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. They also have three double bedrooms (for 6 people) and 2 luxurious bathrooms with chic black details.
The highlight of Villa Bonita has to be the relaxing outdoor areas where you will spend most time of the day. The covered terrace with lounge sofas is the ideal place for an aperitif, a good book, or an al-fresco dinner from the barbecue. To enjoy Sicily's warm climate, the sun terrace has comfortable beds (also out of the sun) for a siesta and the swimming pool invites you for a refreshing dip and grants lots of fun for the children.
The excellent location of the villa - just 2 km from the sea and with many beaches nearby - Villa Bonita is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday. If you want to alternate a beach day with cultural excursions, the historic center of Siracusa is only a few minutes away and the baroque cities of Noto, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla are also nearby to be discovered.

On request and against payment, a private chef at home can be arranged.
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum is to be paid immediately. In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will be made. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
The owners ask for a deposit of 1,000 euros, this amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Villa Bonita is located in a quiet residential area just 2 km from the sea and 4 km from the historic city of Siracusa on the island of Sicily. Siracusa provides you with all your daily amenities and is a wonderful city to explore thanks to its unique charm and historic buildings. Don't forget the old city of Siracusa: the island of Ortigia. Stroll through the labyrinth of medieval streets with its countless monuments, beautiful mansions, churches, and large squares. For more history, you can also visit the Archaeological Park of Neapolis (5 km) where you can admire ancient Greek and Roman ruins.
What else can you do in the area?
If you want to go to the beach, you will find several beaches very close by. A small pebble beach is within walking distance. If you prefer to feel sand under your feet, Spiaggia Punta del Pero (3 km), the beach of the Punto Castelluccio nature reserve (4 km), and Spiaggia di Punta Tavola (6 km) are all a short distance away.
Villa Bonito is ideally located for visiting the beautiful baroque towns of southeastern Sicily, such as Noto (35 km), Modica (66 km), and Ragusa Ibla (80 km).
The characteristic coastal towns of Marzamemi (50 km) and Portopalo (55 km) are also worth a visit. On the way to these towns, you can also make a stop in the Vendicari Nature Reserve, to walk or enjoy the unspoiled beaches such as Calamosche beach.
The beaches and waters nearby also offer opportunities for water sports and boat trips. For golf enthusiasts, I Monasteri Golf Club is 20 km away.
The nearest airport is in Catania and is 65 km away.

Villa Bonita consists of two independent single-story houses, each with its own facilities and three bedrooms for 6 people. This makes the accommodation ideal for 2 families traveling together but still wanting their privacy. The houses are set in a beautiful garden (1,000m2) with a saltwater swimming pool and various terraces.
The layout and furnishing of both houses are very identical, only in the details, they are slightly different. The layout is as follows.
