The house stylishly combines traditional Canarian architecture with oriental elements. You will find beautiful details from the 20s and 30s, a floor of antique terracotta tiles, eye-catching artworks that create a warm play of colors, and stylish Bauhaus design furniture and Le Corbusier armchairs. Hammered silver, handmade mosaics from Morocco, and decorative marble complete the luxurious character of Villa Botánico.
There is an inviting living and dining room on the ground floor, both equipped with a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings, a fully equipped kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms. Large windows let in plenty of light into all the rooms and allow you to enjoy the sea views. Upstairs is a suite with a striking blue beamed ceiling, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled bathtub, and a panoramic balcony!
Amidst the splendor of the garden is a (heated) infinity pool with a sun terrace, where you are sure to spend hours of the day. In the garden, you will also find many spots in the shade and sun where you can enjoy a good book, a siesta and beautiful sunsets. If you can resist leaving this little piece of paradise, you'll find the village of Puntagorda with its popular weekly market, some beautiful beaches, and many walking paths to explore at a short distance.

Villa Botánico (160m2) is a spacious holiday home hidden in a gorgeous garden with tropical trees, flowers, Mediterranean vegetation, and a splendid infinity pool heated by a heat pump. With 3 bedrooms, the house is suitable for six people. The layout is as follows:
Ground floor:
- There is a living room with a large wood-burning stove, designer chairs, television, book wall, and large windows overlooking the sea. French doors open onto the covered terrace.
- The dining room includes a wooden dining table for six people and a wood-burning stove. French doors give access to the outside.
- The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a gas hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge, extractor fan, and dishwasher.
- There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed with two mattresses (90x200cm) and doors to the outside
- Both bathrooms on this floor have a shower, toilet, and sink
- There is a separate guest toilet
- The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer
First floor:
- A suite with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), wood-burning stove, comfortable chairs, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a fully tiled bathtub, sink, and toilet.
