Villa Botte di Ferro is a one-story villa with a central living/dining area.

• Compact living/dining area with stylish Danish furniture, flat screen TV, and a dining table for eight people.
• The fully equipped kitchen has a double fridge, an oven, an induction hob, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
• Three double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and rain shower. This room is situated on one side of the house.
• The other two double bedrooms can be found on the other side of the house. One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), and one room has two single beds.
• These rooms share a bathroom with a sink, a toilet, and a shower.
• All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes and have direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, is every room air-conditioned and equipped with a heating system.

• The detached guesthouse is situated in the garden.

• An extra single bed can be placed on request (suitable for children up to 12 years old).

• Several (covered) terraces, one of which has a large dining table and views over the pool and garden.
• There is also a roof terrace with lounge furniture and sea views.
• Green playground covered with grass where there is plenty of room for children to play. 
• Playground with several pieces of playground equipment.
• Cozy pergola further down the garden with lounge furniture by Nardi and its own power supply.
• Tropical plants including fruit trees and a vegetable garden.
• Swimming pool (15m x 4m) that can be heated on request and for a fee.
• At the pool you will find comfortable loungers from Nardi, two outdoor showers and a large barbecue combined with an outdoor sink.
• When it gets dark there is atmospheric terrace and pool lighting.
• To make the evening complete, the fantastic sound system provides background music.
• There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board.
