The open living area, bathed in natural light, features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking together, and a cozy lounge area with a fireplace. Just next door, the Apartment provides additional privacy with its own kitchen, an elegant master bedroom, and a children's room with a loft-type double bed. The property also includes a Pool House, which can serve as an extra bedroom or a yoga space, and offers stunning ocean views.
The outdoor area is a true highlight, with over 4,000 m² of private gardens, a heated pool, a trampoline, and a beach volleyball court which will make sure to keep everyone entertained. Layout Villa by the Sea | 330 m2 | 12 + 2 persons
Main House:
- Master bedroom with a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.
- Two more double bedrooms with king-size beds and a shared bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.
- Open-plan living area with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring essentials like a fridge, gas stove, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, and Espresso machine. Here you will also find two large dining tables which can seat up to 14 people and a lounge area with a gas fireplace. From here you can access the terrace with beautiful ocean views.
- Upstairs you will find another lounge area, a working desk, and another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink & WC) - all with stunning ocean views. There is an additional terrace you can access from this floor.
The Apartment:
- The Apartment is adjacent to the Main House but has a separate entrance for added privacy.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people and essentials like fridge, oven, electric cooker, Espresso machine. From here you can access the private terrace with a cozy seating area and views over the picturesque nature of Lanzarote.
- Master bedroom with a plush double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, sink & WC.
- Children's bedroom with a loft bed and an additional single bed.
Pool House:
- The pool house can serve as an additional bedroom or a yoga space, depending on your needs
- There are two single beds, which can be pushed together if needed, and a separate toilet & shower room. There is also an extra fridge to have cold drinks by the pool.
- Alternatively, you can use this space as a yoga studio (there are yoga mats available).
