The heart of the house is the bright living/dining room with enough space to find a quiet spot and windows overlooking the pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a total of 4 ensuite bedrooms (including a master bedroom on the first floor with an impressive bathroom and beautiful balcony!). The children have their own playroom - including a pool table, table soccer and plenty of toys (indoors and outdoors) while sporty parents can use the fitness equipment and golf sets for a morning on the "green".
Outside, you will find plenty of beautiful spots to fully enjoy the fine Spanish climate with, as a bonus, great views over the bay of S'Agaró and amazing sunsets. Attached to the house is a covered veranda with a dining table for al-fresco dining and some chairs for a moment in the sun. Villa Calma is a luxurious and spacious villa (450m2) with 4 ensuite bedrooms, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The property is spread over two floors and the layout is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A spacious living/dining room with several doors opening onto the covered terrace. Here you will find a beautiful wooden dining table and a lounge area with a L-shaped sofa, chaise longue, a fireplace, and a bookcase.
- The kitchen has a dining table and all modern appliances including a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and kettle.
- There are 3 ensuite bedrooms downstairs all with 2 single beds (90x200cm) which can also be joined together to make a double bed. All bedrooms have a small terrace and a bathroom with a shower.
- A games room and gym equipment
- A laundry room with a washing machine
- Separate toilet
First floor:
On this floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), a large balcony, a very spacious marble bathroom (with a shower and bath), and a huge walk-in closet.

The villa is set in a beautiful garden (4,000m2) - fully fenced - with the following facilities:
