Villa Calma is a luxurious and spacious villa (450m2) with 4 ensuite bedrooms, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The property is spread over two floors and the layout is as follows:

• A spacious living/dining room with several doors opening onto the covered terrace. Here you will find a beautiful wooden dining table and a lounge area with a L-shaped sofa, chaise longue, a fireplace, and a bookcase.
• The kitchen has a dining table and all modern appliances including a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and kettle.
• There are 3 ensuite bedrooms downstairs all with 2 single beds (90x200cm) which can also be joined together to make a double bed. All bedrooms have a small terrace and a bathroom with a shower. 
• A games room and gym equipment
• A laundry room with a washing machine
• Separate toilet 

First floor: 

On this floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), a large balcony, a very spacious marble bathroom (with a shower and bath), and a huge walk-in closet.

Outside:

The villa is set in a beautiful garden (4,000m2) - fully fenced - with the following facilities: 

• A large (heated on request) swimming pool (10x30m/ max. 2,80 deep) with a beautiful view and outdoor shower
• A covered terrace (veranda) with a large dining table for 8 people  
• A barbecue area
• A bar set (high table and chairs) at the pool
• Trampoline and hammock

The house has a garage with two parking spaces and outside (patio) are another 2 parking spaces. You will also find golf equipment (2 sets) that guests can borrow in the garage. A pool and soccer table as well as games are available.
