Villa Calypso is suitable for eight people and features an open living room with large French windows and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms that are distributed in a unique way over the three levels of the villa. The highlight is the 'floating' master bedroom - with ensuite bathroom - that gives access to a splendid veranda. Outside, the villa is as impressive as inside. At the front is a gorgeous heated swimming pool bordered by a wooden deck. It is the ideal setting for enjoying the sun on comfortable sun beds and dining in the open air.

Villa Calypso is set on a fenced 2.5 hectare plot, just 60 m from the sea, at the foot of Cape Koutoulas in Western Crete. It is the perfect accommodation for friends or families who love privacy, luxury and enjoy a secluded spot on a mighty coast.
Layout Villa Calypso (165m2)
The villa, built on three levels, has an open living room with a comfortable sofa, a spacious dining table for eight people and large sliding doors that give access to the wooden deck outside that runs across the pool via a bridge. The living room also features a well-appointed kitchen with a cooking island, four ceramic cooking zones, and an oven.
The kitchen unit opposite of the cooking island is equipped with a double sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Through a large square glass window, you look out on the rocks of the cliff. The living room is directly below an attic with a double bedroom which is enclosed by two glass walls with wooden blinds. The ensuite bathroom is tiled with green Arabic tiles. Huge French doors on the side of the sea lead to the balcony directly above the pool.
On the left side of the entrance, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a hydro massage bath. Huge French doors lead to the patio, directly above the pool with magnificent sea views. A staircase in the bedroom takes you to a mezzanine with a writing desk. On the right side of the entrance is the third (children's) bedroom which is divided in the same way. This room has two beds and its mezzanine features besides a writing desk two extra beds. This room can, therefore, sleep a total of four people. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a hydro massage bath. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, and a docking station.
Outside:
Villa Calypso enjoys an amazing heated pool of 16x3 meters (max. 1.80 m deep) and a gorgeous hot tub both with breathtaking views of the sea. The large dining table at the front of the wooden deck, the balcony seating, and the lounge chairs at the poolside offer plenty of opportunity to chill-out and eat together.
