• Spacious kitchen, equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, gas cooker, espresso machine (Nespresso) and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, airfryer and other cooking utensils. There is also a water filter, so you do not have to buy bottles of drinking water. 
• 1 master bedroom with king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. the bathroom is equipped with double washbasin, toilet and spacious walk-in shower.

• 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and built-in wardrobe. An extra single bed can be placed in this bedroom.

Outside | 19,000 m²

• A large electric gate gives access to Villa Cipreses. There are parking spaces for three cars on the property. 
• From the living areas and the kitchen, you have direct access to the garden. Here you will find a covered terrace with a dining table and a lounge set. 
• Cooking area with Weber gas barbecue. 
• The saltwater pool is 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 2 meters. It is heated by a solar heat pump and has a cover, allowing for swimming from October to the end of May, even in bad weather. For the rest of the year, the pool is open without the cover.
• Around the pool are four sunbeds with parasols and there is also an outdoor shower. 
• At the end of the garden, you will find the second covered terrace with walled-in lounge sofas and comfortable cushions. 
• The villa has 36 solar panels and 3 batteries to reduce electric consumption. The water in the villa and heat pump of the pool runs on solar power, as well as the solar panels charge the batteries which are used to run the air conditioning in the house (for a couple of hours). 

Additional annex | 36m² | 4 persons (can be booked at an extra cost) 

• There is a newly built extra buidling right next to the main villa. 
• Here you will find two spacious double bedrooms with plush & comfy beds (160cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has its private bathroom with a shower, sink and WC.
• Outside, in front of the entrance is a cozy Spanish bench along with some chairs where you can sit back and enjoy the view over the stunning mountains. 
• The annex is connect by a short staircase to the main building, the terraces and the pool.
• There are three additional parking spots next to the annex.

Extra information:

• Villa Cipreses is completely private, on an extremely quiet, but very narrow road. Please note that you may have to stop when passing an oncoming car. At the end, you will arrive at a fantastic location where you will have the feeling of total peace and quiet and where you will only hear the birds singing.
• Thanks to a 100 000 liter water reservoir, the garden is watered year round without the use of city water.
