Villa Combade enjoys a south-facing position with plenty of privacy, in a beautiful valley on the Combade river in the Limousin region of France. The two-story holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and is ideal for couples or a family with older children.

Basement

The house is entered via the basement - a pleasantly cool room with direct access to the garden. The basement benefits from:

• An ‘alcove’ bedroom with double bed
• Natural stone bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet, washing machine and dryer
• All rooms have beds with size 160x200cm. In 1 room the beds can be made up as two single beds.

Stairs from the basement lead to the upper floor.

 

Upper floor

The bright living room has been furnished with great attention to detail and features several design pieces. Numerous windows ensure magical valley views from every corner of the room and lend the feeling of outdoor living from the comfort of indoors.

The living room benefits from:

Large sliding doors in the living room open out onto the balcony and terrace. A staircase leads to the garden, which is also directly accessible from the basement. Outside, you can thoroughly relax and unwind to the soothing sound of the river Combade.

The garden is the ideal place for:

• Enjoying a well-earned snooze in the hip hammock chair
• Rustling up summer dishes in the outdoor kitchen
• Al-fresco dining around the large dining table
• Pampering yourself with a glass of wine in the wood-fired hot tub
