Villa d'Arte, located in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, is a spacious and stylish holiday villa for 8 people. This place is ideal for those who love peace, space and a slow pace, surrounded by paradisiacal beaches and the beautiful cities of the French Rivièra.
The villa exudes understated luxury, combining minimalist furnishings with beautiful design objects. The interior is complemented by artworks from the art collection of the Dutch humiio, giving the villa the feel of an art gallery. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 of which have private balconies overlooking the green hills. The rooms all have the same luxurious feel, beautiful wooden furniture and fine box spring beds. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, beautiful sinks and are equipped with luxury toiletries. The fourth bedroom on the first floor also has a bathtub and garden doors opening onto the terrace, so you can start the day with a dive into the pool directly from the bedroom. The living room overlooking the garden is very spacious, which ensures that the art and designer furniture attract all the attention. You will find a nice sitting area, dining table and a large, well-equipped kitchen. A second living room has the same beautiful view and a nice table to browse through one of the many coffee table books. This also offers the perfect place if you want to work from 'home' during your stay.
Villa d'Arte has a beautiful garden with an atmosphere that fits perfectly with the Côte d'Azur; there are several terraces with beautiful stone tiles, sunbeds and a beautiful oval-shaped swimming pool. The covered terrace offers a nice place for al-fresco meals and the lounge chairs invite you to relax and read a good book. Villa d'Arte is also an ideal home base for exploring the cozy French villages and postcard worthy beaches in the area.

Villa d'Arte is surrounded by picturesque villages and of course the many famous attractions the Côte d'Azur has to offer. This region has stolen the hearts of many artists and is therefore known for its beautiful landscapes and picturesque towns and villages. You will also find many art galleries and several museums, with works by the likes of: Picasso, Chagall, Matisse and Léger.
Biot, the nearest village set among green hills and surrounded by pine trees and cypress trees, is a 10 minutes drive. Art lovers can visit one of the many museums and art galleries here or stroll along the boutiques and art studios. Valbonne is a beautiful medieval village with fine restaurants and terraces where you can taste the Provençal cuisine and is also worth a visit. Antibes is one of the most beautiful cities along the coast and can be reached within 20 minutes. In the historic center of this city you will see photogenic, colorful facades and balconies filled with plants and flowers everywhere. In addition, you will find beautiful sandy beaches and a huge harbor where you can spot the most luxurious boats. If you would like to take a boat trip on the crystal blue sea yourself, there are plenty of places here where you can rent a boat or yacht. You can sail from Antibes to the beautiful bay of Cap d'Antibes, where you will be surrounded by green forests and rugged cliffs.
Nice (40minutes drive), the beautiful city with fine beaches, lively markets and historic buildings, is the perfect day trip. The popular city of Cannes, famous for its film festival, exclusive beach clubs and beautiful promenades can be reached within 30 minutes. There are also several beautiful golf courses just minutes away from the villa and there are many cycling routes nearby, suitable for every cycling level.
