What used to be a stable is now a modern holiday rental with lovely outdoor areas and a private pool. From the house, the terrace and the swimming pool you can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding Umbrian landscape and the town of Todi in the distance. There is a large, open living area and a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. You can walk onto the covered terrace through the French doors, which has a large outdoor dining table. From the living area, a long corridor leads to the bed- and bathrooms:
- Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower. This room has a loft with an extra bed
- 2 double bedrooms, one of them has a loft with a sleeping couch.
- 1 room with two single beds
- and a smaller room with a single bed
- 2 bathrooms, one of them has a bath and a shower, the other is fitted with a shower and the washing machine
- All 4 bedrooms have airconditioning
The rooms are furnished in a functional way and have a minimalistic design. All the rooms have French glass doors that open towards the garden. All rooms are equipped with fixtures. This efficiently moderates the temperature in the rooms.
Next to the house you will find the private swimming pool (14 x 4.5m and 1.5m deep), that can be heated upon request, which has the same splendid panorama as the covered terrace. The well-kept garden with olive trees is beautiful and safe for children to run around.
