Villa Dimi is built on a plot of 2,000 meters surrounded by olive groves, in a quiet area of the Akrotiri peninsula.

Layout of the villa (230m2)

The villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms is spread over four floors. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, all with spacious closets, quality mattresses, allergy proof pillows, and fine cotton satin linen. All bathrooms are spacious; soft bathrobes and towels are here waiting for you.

Ground floor

• The entrance of the house is on the ground floor where you find the open living with the kitchen as well
• The living has two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, a modern fireplace and a wooden dining table with eight chairs. Double doors give access to a covered terrace with a long dining table, barbecue, an inviting seating area with two chairs and a large rattan sofa.
• Behind the dining table is a view through to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all modern appliances including an oven, hob, dishwasher, Side-by-Side refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining table for four.

First floor

A staircase in the living room goes to the first floor with two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms have a balcony with sea views.

Lower floor

• To the right of the kitchen a staircase goes down to the lower level with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Basement

• The basement of the villa has been transformed into a children's playroom & gym with a sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, iPod, PlayStation and other games and fitness equipment.
• Laundry room with washing machine.

The villa is equipped with (free) Wi-Fi internet.

Outside:

• Outside is a splendid lush garden. The covered terrace (with stylish canvas) at the poolside features wooden furniture, including a dining table, a china cupboard, and a lounge sofa.
• The saltwater pool (12x4 m) is filled with crystal clear sea water and features a separate shallow area. Around the pool are comfortable sunbeds, loungers, and parasols. At an additional cost of EUR 80 per day, it is possible to heat the pool.
• You also have the option to indulge in the soothing warmth of the sauna, which can be heated for your enjoyment at an additional cost of €40 per day.
• In between the pool and the house is an artificial pond with water lilies and goldfish and there is also a yoga/massage pavilion.
• There are two private parking spaces in the front of the villa.
