The Villa Extramuros offers three standard rooms and two superior rooms, all located on the first floor (accessed by stairs) with panoramic views from the private terrace. There are also two new detached bungalows available in the garden, a 2-minute walk from the main house.
The standard rooms
- The 3 rooms only differ from each other due to their location and view.
- Each room has a separate dressing room and a bathroom executed in Estremoz marble with a rain shower and natural light from the roof.
- The total size is 60m2, including a private terrace which is about 25m2.
- Equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV with a large selection of international channels, wi-fi, iPod player, AESOP toiletries, hair dryer, sun loungers.
- 2 of the rooms are equipped with two single beds, with a connecting door to a second room (ideal for families).
The superior rooms
- These 2 rooms benefit from a spectacular 250 ° view of the castle of Arraiolos, village and countryside.
- They have a total area of 80m2, with a sleeping area of 45m2 (king bed with linen sheets), a dressing room and a large bathroom with underfloor heating and in one of the rooms, a rain shower room in Estremoz marble. - - - Terrace of 40m2.

The "Cabanons"
Two modern independent bungalows, situated between olive trees and rocks on the property, a short distance from the main villa (2 minutes walk). Complete privacy and in direct connection with nature.
- 50 m² a king-size bed, a sitting area with a couch / bed, a kitchenette for breakfast, a bathroom with a walk-in shower on a terrace, a large terrace with sunbeds and garden furniture.
- Heating and cooling system, fan.
- Breakfast is served in the Cabanon, with fresh bread in the morning.

- Extra bed is available on request for children from 3 to 12 years old. There is also a cot available for children up to 3 years old.
- Beverage and snack service.
- Four e-bikes. Cost per bike: 45€ per full day. 35€ per day from 2 days. It is convenient to reserve the bikes in advance.
