Attractive and child-friendly holiday home in Le Marche
The owners, Floortje and Dennis, are proud of their second home in Le Marche. In June 2013, they bought half of an old house, with the aim to convert it into a comfortable holiday home! Together with the architect, contractor, electrician, plumber, gardener, and neighbor they achieved an amazing result. At the end of 2017, they bought the other half of the house that was renovated in the same style. They hope that you will enjoy staying in the house as much as they did during their holidays with their children!
Layout Villa Fiore
You enter the villa in a spacious living room that has a lounge area with a wood stove and a dining area with a dining table for 12 people. The living is connected to the Italian design kitchen with a breakfast table. Both from the kitchen as well as from the living, you step onto the covered terrace. The living room brings you as well to a second living room with a TV and a wood stove. This TV room has access to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, designer bathtub, walk-in closet, and French doors to the garden.
On the first floor are a library equipped with a relaxing armchair, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and two other bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. On the second floor are two fantastic attic rooms (one with an alcove bed) that each has its own bathroom. Villa Fiore can thus perfectly accommodate two or three families.
Living
The spacious living room has a comfortable lounge area with a three-seater sofa (Fest Amsterdam), an armchair with a pouf (Gelderland), and a wood stove. In the dining area of the living, is a large dining table, a bookcase filled with books, as well as games and toys for the children. Alongside the living room, you will find a laundry room with a washer and a dryer plus a separate toilet.
TV room
The TV room features a Gelderland sofa (for 5 people), a large wood stove, a satellite-TV plus DVD player, a corner bench, two antique chairs, and a well-stocked cupboard with games.
Kitchen
The customized Italian design kitchen is equipped with an ATAG oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stainless-steel worktop with a built-in gas hob, a Nespresso coffeemaker, a bread machine, and all possible cooking utensils.
Pool
The swimming pool is located at the rear of the house, about 5 meters away from the covered terrace. The pool (4x9m) is 1.40 deep and has a shallow area (30 cm deep), perfect for little children. The swimming pool is enclosed and can be closed by a fence.
Next to the pool is a sun terrace (1.60x9m), an outdoor shower, four sunbeds, a large linen umbrella and plenty of toys for the children. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week and is open from April to September.
Bedrooms
- All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
- The TV-room gives access to the master bedroom with a private bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink), a walk-in closet, and a freestanding designer bathtub. French doors open to the garden.
- On one side of the first floor are two bedrooms that share a large bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a wardrobe and overlook the hills.
- On the other side on the first floor are two ensuite bedrooms. The rooms each have their own wardrobe (beautifully tailored), a double bed, and a comfortable armchair.
- Besides, there are two spacious attic rooms with double beds (one with an alcove bed to play in). In the ridge, the attics are over 4 meters high and feature a football table and a chaise longue.
Bathrooms
The villa has six bathrooms. On the first floor is a large (shared) bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, two sinks, design radiator, and a toilet. The two ensuite bathrooms come with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. The attic has two small bathrooms both with a shower, sink, toilet, and a designer radiator. Finally, the bathroom in the master bedroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a freestanding design bathtub.
Outdoor space
In front of the house is a covered terrace with a comfortable sofa (Gervasoni) and two chairs. On the terrace (at the side of the house) is a large dining table (for 14 people) and an outdoor kitchen (with a sink and a pizza oven). Besides, there is a design BBQ of Basale, a tripod created by a young Dutch designer.
From the house, from the two terraces, and from the pool you have a stunning view over the rolling hills of Le Marche. Near the road, you can even see the Sibillini Mountains with a snow-capped top in winter (visible up to May)
