The ground floor consists of an open-plan living room with a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious lounge area that opens out to a fantastic outdoor terrace with a complete summer kitchen where you can enjoy al-fresco meals. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms - for 4 people - of which the master is crowned with an attractive freestanding bath. Overlooking the green hilly landscape, the heated pool invites you to swim a lap at any time of the year or just simply enjoy the tranquil surroundings on the sunbeds.
Right outside the door, the countless charms of Istria beckon. Rent a bike and explore the immediate surroundings or visit the medieval town of Labin with its elegant shops, art studios, and coffee bars. Also don't miss the opportunity to visit Rabac, known for its hidden coves with beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea.

Villa Flor is an elegant villa spread over two floors and immersed in nature. With a stylish design, modern interior, and inviting outdoor areas, this is the ideal place for friends or a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday with luxurious comforts at hand.
Layout Villa Flor | 120m² | 4-5 people
- You enter the house into the open-plan living. The room features a lounge area, a dining table by the wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, blender, and kettle.
- The living room opens onto the outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen and a staircase behind the kitchen goes to the top floor.
- On the top floor are two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed (160x205cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x205cm) and a bathroom with a shower, which is not ensuite.
- An extra bed can be added for a 5th person
- There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet
Outside (327m²)
- Fully covered outdoor kitchen with a gas hob, a wood-fired oven/grill, and a dining table for 6 people
- Lounge corner
- Heated swimming pool (3.2X7.5m and 140cm deep) with sunbeds and an outdoor shower
