Ground floor:

- Two separate living rooms with sofas and armchairs, one of which has a stream-only television
- One bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and underfloor heating, fully suitable for wheelchair users

First floor:
- 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm) that can also be made up as two single beds
- 3 bathrooms, each en-suite and equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and floor heating.
Outdoors (1,000 m²):
- Just outside the kitchen is a veranda equipped with sliding glass doors that can be opened; here you will find a dining table and a fireplace which also serves as a BBQ
- Saltwater swimming pool 10 × 3 m (150 cm deep), open year-round with 8 pool lounge chairs. Heating is available on request with a heating fee, only when the external temperature is below 16 degrees. A wide, gently sloped ramp leads to the pool, specifically designed for wheelchair access and equipped with handrails.
