- Just outside the kitchen is a veranda equipped with sliding glass doors that can be opened; here you will find a dining table and a fireplace which also serves as a BBQ
- Saltwater swimming pool 10 × 3 m (150 cm deep), open year-round. Heating is available on request with a heating fee, only when the external temperature is below 16 degrees. A wooden handrail extends down to the pool.
