- A cot can be added to one of the bedrooms, and two bedrooms can be connected (via a door).
- There is a separate trulli on the property with the fifth bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), a kitchenette, bathroom, and private terrace.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the bathrooms each have a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.

- Salt water pool (4.50m x 15m and 150cm deep) with sun loungers. The pool is open from June to September.
