Villa Irini is located near the authentic mountain village of Akrotiri and 5 minutes from the beach on the Greek island of Zakynthos. Ground floor:

• Upon entering you will find the built-in washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
• Separate toilet.
• Further on you will find the open living room with on your right a large walled-in sofa and on your left a sitting area with fireplace, smart TV and large sliding doors to the garden.
• Further on you will find the dining table and the open kitchen, fully equipped with amongst others: a fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, water boiler, 
• On this floor there is one master bedroom with king-size Coco-Mat bed, built-in wardrobe and sitting area with extra sleeping space for 2 children, also equipped with a Coco-mat mattress. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and separate toilet. As icing on the cake, this bedroom has a private terrace with spacious designer outdoor pool. 

First floor:

• The staircase at the entrance leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms with king-size Coco-Mat beds, built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms are both equipped with a rain shower, washbasin and separate toilet. 
• One of the bedrooms has an extra sleeping place for 2 children, also equipped with a Coco-mat mattress.
• The bedrooms both give onto a beautiful and spacious balcony with a view of the green surroundings, the village and further on the beautiful Ionian sea.
• All bedrooms are equipped with Coco-Mat mattresses and mosquito nets. The whole house is also equipped with air conditioning (cold/hot) and Wifi internet. A baby cot and high chair are available.

Outside:

• From the living room and the bedroom on the first floor you have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool (5 x 15 metres). 
• In the garden around the pool you will find very comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
• The master bedroom on the ground floor has a private terrace with outdoor pool. 
• There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue and a covered dining table. 
• On the first floor there is a spacious balcony with lounge areas.
• There is parking space for up to three cars.
