The heart of the house is the living/dining room with a semi-professional kitchen with plenty of opportunities to prepare delicious Italian dishes. Outside, you have plenty of space to enjoy the Italian "dolce far niente". In the shade on the terrace, you can enjoy homemade pizzas from the wood-fired oven. Children can enjoy themselves on the lawn or with a game of petanque. And the magnificent panoramic infinity pool is the place for long summer days.

Beautiful stay for 12 persons with infinity pool in northern Italy
Villa la Castagna (340m2) is a spacious villa situated on a huge property of no less than 53,000 m2! The house - built in typical Piemonte style - is divided into two floors. With 6 bedrooms, the house can accommodate 12 people. The layout is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a television.
- A large open semi-professional kitchen and an adjacent dining room with a table for 12 people and a wood-burning stove.
- The kitchen has a kitchen island and is fully equipped with a large gas cooker (IIve brand), two washing machines, two refrigerators and freezers, a wine cooler, ice maker, micro-oven, mixers, and more.
- Connected to the dining room is a wine room/cellar with local wines (which you can buy).
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a private bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
First floor:
- On the first floor, there are five bedrooms with a double bed (160x200cm), all with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. The master bedroom also has a bath.
- Two of the rooms have access to a balcony.
- There is also a laundry/storage room with a washing machine, dryer, cot, and high chair.
Outside:
In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find lovely spots in and out of the sun for relaxation and fun. You can find:
- A covered terrace next to the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a wood-fired (pizza) oven, and a dining table.
- A covered terrace (pergola) by the pool with a dining table for 12 people.
- An infinity pool (6x12m) with outside shower, sun beds, and parasols. The pool is open from April to September.
