- Open-plan living with a comfortable sofa, dining table, kitchen, and access to the terrace
- The kitchen has a SbS refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee beans), oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and induction hob. There is also a Thermomix at your disposal.
- There are 3 double bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom (2 with a shower and one with a bathtub), a dressing room and a TV. Toiletries from the brand Casanera are available in the bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the top floor of the villa and the other two bedrooms are located on the lower floor
- There is a cozy children's room that is equipped with a bunk bed, 2 single beds, and a baby cot. This room also has a dressing room and a TV. The children's bedroom is located on the lower floor. A separate bathroom with a toilet is located on the same floor.
- On the lower level of the villa is a complete fitness room (gym) with a bicycle, treadmill, elliptical trainer and all fitness equipment. A bathroom with a toilet completes the fitness area.
Outside (1,500m²):
- You will find a large terrace on the top level, accessible from the living room, with a covered dining area for 12 people, a Weber barbecue, a very spacious lounge sofa, and a heated swimming pool (7x3.50m and 160cm deep) with sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool is secured by an electric pool cover.
- On the lower level of the villa (accessible from the bedrooms) is a terrace with a hanging chair, a seating area, and various loungers
